Welcome to The Bootree Clinic - Ireland’s only clinic that is dedicated to helping those who suffer from Fibromyalgia, Myalgic Encephalitis (ME) and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS).
Here at Bootree Clinic, we understand the overwhelming exhaustion that happens as a result of these illnesses, we also understand the desperate frustrations which occur as a result of having no specific cure.
Our founder, Tonya, went through the same frustrations when she was initially diagnosed. But through a combination of bespoke treatments, Tonya was able to manage her symptoms and reclaim her health, and we know that you can too.
Which is why we specialise in helping you, our patients, to identify and manage your conditions by offering a unique combination of tailored therapies to suit your individual requirements.
How Our Treatment Process Works
Our mission at The Bootree Clinic is to help you reclaim your health by working with you directly, to help identify and gently manage the symptoms which hapen as a result of Fibromyalgia, Myalgic Encephalitis (ME) and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS). We do this by taking the following steps:
Getting To Know One Another
We offer a FREE no-obligation 30-minute conversation as standard which enables you and our practitioners, to get to know one another. This conversation is conducted via telephone or Skype and provides you with the opportunity to ask as many questions as you need, whilst enabling our practitioners the opportunity to evaluate how they can best support you.
Understanding Your Health Requirements
If you decide to proceed with us, we will send you a document to complete on your background medical history. Sometimes we will need to get a deeper understanding of your condition in order to create the best treatment plan for you, and in this case, we may require further tests such as adrenal saliva testing, food intolerance testing, heavy metal toxicity, mitochondrial dysfunction, stool testing or thyroid testing. This information will be held in the utmost confidence and will be used solely to put together a personalised treatment plan for you.
Understanding The Healing Process
The healing process looks different for every individual but can be characterised as a gradual ascent towards better health. During the healing process, emotional honesty is of great importance. Together we will learn what triggers a vulnerability and what signals your body gives off, to ensure that we create a plan which modulates the expenditure of your energy in the most efficient way - ensuring that you get the most of each day without overdoing it.
Some days will be better than others and relapses are how we learn what works for your body. But over the duration of the healing period, the relapses will become less severe, for a shorter duration of time with larger periods of remission in between.
We will ensure that your plan reflects your body’s needs; making amendments when we see that something is working or making changes when it is not. We will be with you every step of the way, both physically and emotionally, working with you closely to monitor your results as you embark on the journey of alleviating your symptoms and breaking free from the restraints that they have over your body and mind. Because despite the medical profession’s limited understanding and lack of a medical cure, people all over the world have been able to regain control and recover their health.
Which is why we’re here to help you make sense of it all and to provide a helping hand in putting the pieces back together so that you can regain control over your body, and life, once more.
